We collect this information directly from you when you submit our form, and automatically from your device and browser.
Business Purposes
We use personal information to provide our matching service, contact you, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve our products. We do not sell personal information for money, but our sharing of leads with marketing partners may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under CCPA/CPRA.

How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit a request through our Opt-Out form, or email privacy@matchhomeservices.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity using the information you provide and respond within the time required by law.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request information about third parties to which we disclosed personal information for direct-marketing purposes. Email privacy@matchhomeservices.com to make such a request.
