Match Home Services maintains an internal Do Not Call ("DNC") list and trains its personnel and partners to honor consumer DNC requests in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and applicable state laws.

National Do Not Call Registry

Consumers may add their telephone number to the National Do Not Call Registry by visiting donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the phone they wish to register.

Express Written Consent

By submitting our lead form and checking the consent box, you provide prior express written consent to receive marketing communications from Match Home Services and our partners — including by automated technology, pre-recorded calls, artificial voice messages, and SMS/MMS — at the phone number you provided, even if that number is on the National or any state Do Not Call list. Consent is not required to obtain a quote or purchase services.

Internal Do Not Call Requests

You may revoke consent and request to be added to our internal DNC list at any time by:

Submitting our Opt-Out form
Replying STOP to any text message from us
Asking the agent during a call to add you to our DNC list
Emailing dnc@matchhomeservices.com with the phone number you want removed

Processing Time

We will process internal DNC requests promptly, and in any event within the period required by applicable law (generally up to 30 days).

Recordkeeping

We maintain records of consent (including TCPA LeadID and TrustedForm tokens) and of DNC requests as required by law.
